LEX Reception Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The LEX Reception Referral Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Referral Partner” or “Referrer”) to earn referral fees for introducing new customers to LEX Reception services, subject to the terms outlined below.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which apply in addition to LEX Reception's standard Terms & Conditions of Service.

2. Referral Fees & Promotional Payouts

Referral Partners will earn a payout of $250 USD for each eligible customer who:

• Subscribes to a plan priced at $425 USD per month or higher at the time of sign-up, and
• Remains an active, paying customer for a minimum of 30 consecutive days from the sign-up date.

The applicable payout amount will apply to each eligible new customer who signs up using the Referral Partner’s unique referral link and meets the plan eligibility criteria above.

Payments will be processed after the referred customer has completed 30 days as an active customer and will be issued on the first Monday of each month.

3. Referral Tracking & Eligibility

To qualify for a Referral Fee, the customer must jointly:

• Access LEX Reception's website using a browser with cookies enabled
• Click through the Referral Partner’s unique referral link
• Complete a purchase and remit full payment to LEX Reception

Referral fees are tracked using cookies that remain active for 90 days from the initial referral click.

If traffic or conversions cannot be tracked due to cookie blocking or similar technologies, LEX Reception is only responsible for paying referral fees that can be reliably attributed.

Only the last referral link clicked prior to purchase will be eligible for a Referral Fee.

Referral fees may be adjusted or withheld in cases of refunds, credit card chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or voided purchases.

4. Lead Ownership & Attribution

Referral Fees will not be paid for:

• Customers already existing in LEX Reception's CRM
• Customers currently engaged in active sales discussions
• Customers previously referred by another partner

LEX Reception's internal records shall serve as the sole source of truth for determining referral eligibility and attribution.

5. Role of the Referral Partner

The Referral Partner acts solely as a referrer and does not act as a reseller, distributor, agent, representative, or service provider on behalf of LEX Reception.

All customer contracts, billing, service delivery, and support remain exclusively between LEX Reception and the end customer.

6. Permitted Promotion Methods

Referral Partners may promote LEX Reception only through owned channels, including but not limited to:

• Their own websites or blogs
• Email lists compliant with applicable laws
• Organic social media on personal or company profiles (excluding brand impersonation)

All promotional activity must comply with applicable laws, including email marketing and anti-spam regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

Referral Partners must NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Operate as a coupon code website or directory
• Add backlinks to coupon code websites, directories, or third-party websites not owned by the Referral Partner
• Build, promote, or manage social media pages using the LEX Reception brand name or variations thereof
• White-label, rebrand, resell, sublicense, or represent LEX Reception services as their own
• Run or participate in fake promotions, misleading ads, or deceptive marketing practices
• Display or distribute discount coupons, promo codes, or implied pricing incentives for LEX Reception
• Make pricing, service-level, performance, or savings guarantees without written authorization
• Conduct any off-page SEO or link-building activities on websites not owned by the Referral Partner
• Use spyware, adware, cookie stuffing, cloaking technologies, or any mechanism that interferes with normal website usage
• Bid on or purchase keywords containing “AnswerConnect” or variations thereof
• Use LEX Reception in combination with words such as “coupon,” “discount,” “offer,” or similar terms implying reduced pricing
• Run any paid advertising, including but not limited to search, display, shopping, or remarketing ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) that promote LEX Reception directly or indirectly
• Promote LEX Reception on non-English websites
• Promote LEX Reception on websites or platforms related to illegal activities, explicit content, gambling, violence, discrimination, counterfeit goods, or intellectual property infringement
• Use any technology or method designed to conceal, override, or misrepresent LEX Reception pricing or offers
• Engage in self-referrals, internal company referrals, or referrals where the Referral Partner is also the end customer, decision-maker, or billing contact

8. Fraud & Abuse

Fraudulent, misleading, or voided transactions do not qualify for Referral Fees.

LEX Reception reserves the right to delay, adjust, or withhold Referral Fees in cases of suspected abuse, unusually high referral volumes, or violations pending investigation.

9. Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of the Referral Agreement.

Upon termination for cause, any unpaid or pending Referral Fees may be forfeited at LEX Reception's discretion.

LEX Reception reserves the right to terminate the Program or any individual partnership at any time.

10. Final Provisions

LEX Reception reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

The Referral Program Terms & Conditions apply in addition to AnswerConnect’s standard Terms & Conditions of Service.
